"Believe in God in spite of what the clergy say."

Hello, everyone. That's me at right, Martin Zender, staring meaningfully into space. Six words float in mid-air to the right of my gaze, one of them being, "Zenderville."

"Zenderville" is a blog I wrote in 2006. During the first half of that year, God gave me an overwhelming urge to record events and capture thoughts. For six months, I obeyed the urge. If the results had sucked, I'd have crashed this feature by now.

This is more of a book now than a blog, and so will never be updated. Then why should you read it? Because it's damn interesting. In Zenderville, I write about:

Chocolate,  depression, Mennonites, my envy of ducks, light bulbs, hammocks, the time I sold Coke, white noise, money, the death of a friend--and what I dream of when I dream in color.

But wait; don't I write about God? Well, yes, of course I do, because GOD IS IN EVERYTHING.

May your journey be rewarded.
